Baillie Gardner
Program Lead
Baillie has so many wonderful passions in life , The top 3 are Horses , Coaching and helping others grow, learn and build confidence.
Baillie has designed this program from the very bottom with a focus on allowing horses to help us in our healing journeys.
Bella
"Dream Catcher"
Bella was Baillie's first horse and is now retired at Dream River Stables. Although Bella is not in many of our programs she does help with our Healing with Horses program.
Bella is 23 years young and is the matriarch of the farm.
Gabrielle ( Gabby)
"Bizou"
Gabrielle is Baillie's Personal horse. She still does enjoy all the company of students and is sometimes used for grooming sessions. Gabrielle is a 15 year old Canadian Warmblood. Baillie has shown Gabrielle successfully throughout Atlantic Canada & Wellington Florida, in the hunter divisions.
Zeus
"Neverland"
Zeus is a crowd favorite , from his smile trick, to his brilliant mind he is the ultimate Golden Boy. Zeus is a confidence builder by nature , he loves to work and enjoys ground time just as much. Zeus is in all of our programs.
Piper
"Wonderland"
Piper is a fantastic horse in our program. Piper has been owned by Baillie since 2019. During the time she was not at the farm Piper spent time in a few other lesson programs around the province. She loves kids and is a great teacher, we are so glad she came home to be in our program.
Skittles
"Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious"
Skittles joined our farm in the fall of 2022, specifically for our programing.
Its very rare to find a pony as special as Skittles. Skittles lives for kids , her purpose is fulfilled by spending time with kids, going for pony rides, working with kids and is an excellent size and pony for our Healing with Horses program she is also our Pony School Mascot along with being one of the most versatile horses on the property.
Jasper
"Celebrity Status"
Jasper is a beautiful big Trakehner . Jasper is not used in our school programs , He is ridden by a few of our experienced riders and Baillie. Jasper is however a great horse for doing demonstrations with.
Luna
"Looney Tunes"
Luna was the first pony we brought to the farm. She is 5 years old and starting to get the hang of "big girl work" but is great for pony rides and ground sessions. She is a great addition to our programs and will continue to work in more of our programs as she gains more experience
Harry
"Hogwarts Express"
We took in Harry this past fall after he found himself in a bit of a predicament. Harry has a bit of a sad past , people let him down. When Harry arrived he did not trust anyone and after months of working with him he is certainly coming right along. At the moment Harry is only used in our ground sessions, as he continues to learn to trust people again.
Serena
"Gossip Girl"
Serena joined our program in June, She has made an excellent addition to our programs , and is used in Beginner through advanced lessons.
Aurora
"Love Story"
Aurora joined us in July, She is in our program for beginner through advanced riders, She is a fantastic horse with a beautiful personality.
Stella
"Fabulous"
We rescued stella from Auction earlier in 2023. Stella stands 28" tall and is classified as a dwarf miniature horse. Stella is fantastic for kids and has truly come into herself and new found position well. She is a pleasure to work with and is used in most of our ground programs, although Stella is too small to ride there is so much this pony can talk
Winnie
Windenburg
Winnie joined our program last fall. Winnie is a big girl with a dog like personality. She loves to be pampered and is a gentle giant. Winnie is part leased and only in our lesson program part time
Pigsley
"Chanel"
Pigsley aka Chanel is a "Mini" Pot Belly Pig who loves to spend time with people , tidy up the yard & of course clean any feed buckets that are left out. Chanel loves belly rubs and playing in her yard.
